PLEASE NOTE: Due to the costs involved we are currently unable to ship outside the UK

SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship your order to you within 10 working days unless otherwise stated on an individual product.
Orders for Pet Greyhound feed are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.
During our very busy period from September until December please bear with us and allow up to 28 days for delivery of general merchandise.

Delivery costs are as follows:
UK – £4.95 for all general merchandise orders

 

RETURNS
We hope you and your hound are happy with your purchase but, if for whatever reason, you wish to return an item this is not a problem.

 
Items can be returned up to 28 days after they have been delivered. We ask that you return the item in the same condition as it was received along with the original dispatch note and a brief message explaining why the item is being sent back to us. It would also be useful if you could include a contact telephone number in case we need to get in touch.
